  : Dirty , old. Rooms had bugs and bed bugs ... girl at front desk was not helpful. Didn’t know how to check our guests or check in guests. OWNER did not want to deal with our problems when we went to get refund ... least manager was helpful

  : Hotel was dirty. Bugs in entry way and hallways smelled like smoke and weed. The carpet was sticky and no lights in bathroom area.

  : Not one thing. It was a horrible experience.
  : This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen. Dead bugs in the dresser, food under the couch,the carpet had holes in it and had NOT been recently vacuumed,only one towel, the couch was on blocks to keep it upright and had holes in it, a large red stain on the carpet of unknown origin,no blankets, tv not working,repaired holes in the walls, a non working smoke detector- it was sitting on top of the dresser, there was a moldy smell to the room, a very sketchy maintenance man. Since we had prepaid the room and it was late in the day we had to stay. But I was unable to get to sleep because of the dangerous safety issues. The pictures on the website were extremely deceptive and made me not trust your website. These issues were long standing and make me concerned that you do not monitor your hotels. I would not recommend booking.com. And there were no adherence to Covid recommendations - no masks and dirty rooms. I did not take pictures because the lighting was so bad

  : The staff was friendly
  : The bed was sunk in and very uncomfortable, there were roaches on the dresser near the TV, mold in a huge area up over the toilet, mold in the shower and the shower curtain, the shower head had stuff on it, and a cigarette butt in the toilet when we got in the room. We couldn't find a remote to the TV either so we couldn't even change the channel. I just hope I didn't take any bugs home.

  : I did not appreciate the fact that Booking.com had this place on their site....
  : This was the most filthy, bug infested place that I have ever seen! The beds were infested with bed bugs, the outside parking lot was cleaner than the carpet, the toilet was stained and was not clean, the floors that were not carpeted looked as if they had not been swept or moped in ages. The cost of such a place was outrageous.

  : This was the worst place I ever stayed at. Rooms weren’t clean, microwave was full of old food, carpets were full of trash. Atmosphere was horrible, halls smelled of marijuana and cigarette smoke. There were people constantly hanging out and drinking.

  : A strip club right next door. Drunk people everywhere. The owner’s son had NO respect. I was given a room with a broken door. I had a 7 month old baby and he didn’t see the problem. When my husband asked for another room he started yelling at him and came down to “help” me move. He threw all of my stuff in the hallway. He then threatens to kick us out for my husband wanting to talk to the owner. NON family-NON military friendly. Worst experience I have ever had. 0/10
