  : Gorgeous room, centrally located, close to all amenities and good restaurants. The host provides good tips on places where to go an to stay. Apartment is exceptionally clean.
  : Breakfast is modest but satisfactory, you have to serve yourself. Stairs are somewhat steep and not ideal for heavy luggage. Shower water temperature will fluctuate when the sink or toilet is being used by someone else, sometimes can get very cold or scalding.

  : My husband and I stayed for 2 nights in December for a snowboarding trip up to Roccaraso--Sulmona is a cuter town. Loved the location. It is on a side street off the corso so there is access to many shops & restaurants. Parking is not difficult to find as long as you go during a time where nobody is out--a permit is given by the host. Out hostess is so kind & very helpful and efficient in getting us checked in. The beds were comfortable. Everything functioned well considering the home is older. The rooms are modern. There is a common area with a kitchen. You can find some breakfast items there.
  : Walls are a bit thin so you can hear if people outside are talking as well as the next room. The shower was a bit small so, if you are a bigger person it may feel tight, but the water was nice and warm/hot.

  : I loved this place! The woman who owns and runs it was a gem. She was informative of our surroundings and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was beyond comfortable and the beds, dear lord the beds were heavenly!
  : The only thing that was difficult was the owner doesn't speak English and aren't fluent in Italian, so we were using Google translate for everything which made things cumbersome. Other than that, this place is ACES!

  : Excellent location - very central, but down a quiet street. Clean room and comfortable bed/pillows. Shower, though small, had excellent water pressure and ample hot water.
  : Everything was fine, the property owner was very kind, and we enjoyed our stay. That said, it wasn't clear to me from the listing that this is a B&B. There are two rooms (one above the other), a kitchen area at the entrance with two tables, and no on-site staff. Breakfast consists of pre-packaged cakes/cookies, capsule coffee and milk/juice in the fridge - perfectly fine, but we decided to eat each morning at a local bar. I think this place would be perfect for a family with older children, or a group of friends traveling together, so that both rooms could be taken by one party.

  : Lovely property in Sulmona. The bedroom and bathroom is nice. Simple breakfast. Friendly host.
  : There is a good kitchen but with no real facilities to cook with.

  : Extremely low quality of the breakfast, no cleaning during our 3 days stay, 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening open heat in a mountain city in late October
