  : The accommodation is in an apartment in a large villa. The double room was adequate with an ensuite bathroom. The bed was comfortable. There is a large shared kitchen. The breakfast was excellent. Fresh bread rolls and croissants with ham and eggs cooked fresh. The kitchen is open for use during the day to make tea coffee and a few snacks are left out. There is a fridge freezer available for use. The location was excellent just outside the old town walls with easy access in. We were traveling with a car so the off street secure parking was a bonus.
  : Quite a few mosquitos in the room. A plug in was available but did little to deter them. No netting over the windows.

  : Our room was effectively a small appartment, also with a balcony and kitchen, which was great - although it would have been even better if the kitchen had been equipped, allowing us to do a bit of cooking - or even make our own coffee. The old town is lovely and this property is well situated for good access to it, with a reasonable car park directly opposite. The hosts were very welcoming
  : We would really have liked a kettle, coffee machine and basics to use in the kitchen here. Also it would have been nice to have access to local hiking maps and books of the area (in a locked case) and access through the main gate was difficult - the pedestrian gate keys don't really work and the wi-fi is very very slow. It really helps also if you speak some Italian here because whilst the hosts are very kind and friendly, they don't speak much if any English

  : What a beautiful old house just outside the old town! This would have been a grand property in its day, the host was friendly and inviting and prepared us a lovely breakfast. Off street parking which is rare so close to the old centre.

  : The owners are very attentive and accommodating.
  : If you like taking a shower squatting in a jacuzzi thats definitely the place to go! Definitely overpriced. No credit cards, accepted be prepared to pay in cash. Just an old villa turned into a B&B.

  : The location was quiet and just a short walk from the main street for strolling, eating and enjoying the town. The host was very kind and helpful with recommendations and suggestions for places to visit on our drive back to Rome. I would stay here again!
  : The only seats were a few chairs in the kitchen and not intended for relaxing, but that wasnt a big concern since we spent most of the days out in the town.

  : The host Francis made this stay so great for us. She made breakfast each morning for us too. She went out of her way to make sure the Wifi worked good and that we had a place for the car. She was so friendly and she wanted us to enjoy the place and the town too. She cleaned up every day as well and straightened up for us too. She is the best.

  : The location is great. Walking distance to the center of town. The piazza is a couple of minutes away. The parking facilities are directly across the street, but underground so the building is not obstructive. The hosts were very welcoming.
  : It was a bit warm. The hosts provided fans to provide some relief. The Wi-Fi is not exceptional, but it would not be sufficient if one intended to spend a lot of time on Wi-Fi. But, you shouldnt. Sulmona has so much warmth to experience.
