: Great staff, helpful with any information, always smiling, listening to the customer needs. The location has a nice garden and terrace, very good positioning for the beach (2 mins walk) The room was big, with a balcony, nice interior furniture, had tv, espresso machine and a fridge. AC is centralised with just a control panel, for us it worked as expected, we always found the room cold enough for our liking.

: Perfect location - best in Sulina by far! Very nice balcony. Very good quality linen and towels. Really nice breakfast (fresh fruits and vegetables included). Mihaela (part of the staff) made sure we had everything we needed - thanks again, Mihaela!
: Impossible to control the air conditioning from the room (some rooms were too hot, some too cold - this is related to rooms that do not have own air conditioning device) No respect for good manners in the common spaces - screaming and agitation in the hallway especially late in the evening (during quiet hours) - even if the customers do not comply to minimum common sense rules, the staff should take a stand and solve this really annoying issue - instead, we had to manage this issue ourselves. This location should be a place for relaxation not for parties, is should be peaceful and quiet, without others customers sound speakers screaming on the terrace during breakfast. Very soft mattresses and pillows - still, it is a matter of taste.

: Great location, very good and fresh breakfast. Nice linen and towels. Rooms nicely decorated. There is a coffee machine in the room. Very nice staff - Mihaela especially. Really nice balcony - room 5
: Impossible to set the temperature at room level - there was a thermostat in the room, still no effect. There is a need of a strong man hand from the property when addressing common sense issues as keeping the common spaces quiet during the night (after 10:00PM), as well as quiet on the terrace during breakfast (I am not absurd, still, there is no need for the guests to play a very loud sound speaker at their table). The area should be a quiet one, as it is still part of a natural reservation.
