  : Beds were very comfy.
  : The paying process I found very complicated. Normally, when booking via booking.com the money is taken directly from my credit card that I provided on the platform or the bill is payed at check-in. Here I got sent a PayPal bill that I had to pay upfront or make money over to their account, which all seemed very weird to me. I then had to check in several times to make sure everything was okay and that my money was received and I was good to go. On the day of arrival, I should have received the check-in door code by 2pm. I had to check in with them at 1.45pm as I still had not received any information and started to get nervous (after having paid money to a bank account before and all). They said they had not send out the code yet as the room was not ready yet, however with check-in being at 2pm there should be at least an update on what was going on and when I would receive all check-in information. Overall the communication and complications of things were a really big downfall for me, unfortunately. The room itself was okay, the bathroom smelled a bit funky though. The location and distance to the city was great but overall, to be literally directly next to the train station and the bus stop with nothing else around felt a little unsafe for me, but that was just my own perception (there were no issues). Overall I would not stay again.

  : Excellent location during the biathlon competitions in Oberhof. Small mountains nearby as well. I also loved the theming of the room!
  : Cleanliness: some corners of the room were not cleaned for a while. The lock of the room was slightly difficult to learn. For the shower, I would have liked something for wiping the excessive water from the floor to the drain.

  : The room is very cold even if you turn on the heater. it stays cold inside and there is not much difference to the outside temperature. I had to stay outside in the cold for 1 hour to get the key from the machine where you have to enter the code that you get with a text message. But the machine is old and doesn't work well, so I had to try the code over and over for almost an hour until it finally worked. I tried to reach the staff but they didn't answer. And when I finally got in , There was this Mannequin right in front of the door and it scared me to death. The room feels like a cave and it's just really creepy when you arrive at night. absolutely the worst experience
