  : No desk attendant was around when we returned at 9:30 pm. Not that we needed anything, but it is reassuring to have an employee at the desk when you come back, as a little measure of security.

  : I've stayed at this hotel several times in the last 10 years. I was pleasantly surprised with the newly renovated rooms and public spaces. There was renovation happening at the front desk, but this neither delayed my arrival nor departure, nor affected the quality of service provided by the staff. Overall, my stay was comfortable and without any drawbacks.
  : The hotel overcharged but quickly realized their mistake and refunded the overcharge immediately. However, they also took a $50 refundable deposit out of my credit card, which they said was for potential damage or theft after they inspected and serviced the room post-departure. The clerk assured me that this deposit would be refunded within a few days and agreed that there was no reason for the charges to be held, in other words no damage, and all the towels were there. However, it's taken over 5 days post-departure, and the refund has still not posted. I'm sure the room had been turned over, and re-rented within the first day I was gone. It would be nice if their refund came as quickly as their billing. I will give them another day, before another call to the property.
