  : The refrigerator, microwave and stove were clean. The linens were clean. The bed was comfortable. The air-conditioning worked. The elevator was always available. There were rolling carts for luggage. The hallways were quiet. The rooms were quiet. I think it was the cruel sound of despair.
  : Front desk staff was not friendly and didn't give much information. The hallway carpets reeked of pet urine. The place is old and rundown. The pool was cloudy and and NO ONE should swim in it. The "included breakfast" was coffee and hot water to make tea. Was told by the front desk when asked for a muffin or fruit that the shipment would arrive Wednesday (it was Sunday). The other hotel guests looked like FEMA had rescued them from some terrible disaster AND it looked like they have been living there for months. This is NOT a hotel. It looked like something in Haiti.

  : Terrible service. Staff hardly available. Door handle would not work for one of the rooms. The other door had a dent. Towels were dirty in both rooms. Iron would not work. Would like to have money refunded for one night stay and not to be overcharged for the night we didnt stay either due to all the inconvenience.

  : The front desk was friendly. He tried his best to accommodate me.
  : The staircase smells like urine as soon as you walked in. The room had roaches crawling on the floor and walls. Didn't last 5 minutes in the room. Still fighting to get a refund. They need a lot of work.

  : It was roomy and had the kitchenette. 2 beds and a pullout couch. The price was great for 3 days. The staff was really friendly.

  : Old & damp, bathroom mirror keep falling down off the wall luckily didn’t crack, everything was broken & outdated in the room for price $ is not worthy, stale pastries are not to be served.

  : Roaches in the room all over the place!! Molded mattresses, and stained bed sheets.. asking for extra cover, I was told “you have to come get it, and no extra pillows available”.. many people smoke right outside the doors, so you are forced to smell/inhale that nasty smell!!
