: Beautiful big house. We would love to come back and bring some friends. The rooms are all cozy, and you feel like you could stay for a week just to play board games and relax.
: The outside courtyard was lovely, although it appeared to be undergoing some construction, which is understandable.

: The Pinner House is an absolutely beautifully appointed and comfortable bed and breakfast, with a interior designers eye for furnishings and decor. The grounds are also charming with a myriad of places to sit and read or chat, with even more bewitching spaces underneath the trees being constructed while we were there. The three girls we met working on the crepe van at different times were all super friendly too.
: Two minor things worth noting. It is an old house and therefore really not soundproofed at all. We were in bedroom 1 and could her every word being said in Bedroom 3 - so perhaps if you are a honeymooning couple ask for one of the outside cottages!. Clearly they are trying to work out the best model for themselves financially and some of the reviews are out of date (no french restaurant here!) and breakfasts were from a crepe van outside. When you pay for a bed and breakfast i sort of assume breakfast is included but we were given a $15 voucher which would only cover the cheapest item on the menu if you had a coffee with it. In the end paying an extra 3 or 5 dollars for your crepe and cappuccino is a rounding error on the total bill but it sort of leaves a niggly feeling. Prob better to put an extra five dollars on the bill and say breakfast is included would be my feedback.

: We were unsatisfied with the breakfast - coffees were weak/tasteless. We expected orange juice, yogurt, fruit and musli.
: Definately the breakfasts. Our room lock didn't work properly.
