  : I don't know, I never saw the appartment.
  : On the day of our arrival, the host sent us the number for the key locker and the address of another appartment, located 20km away from Stuttrart. They didn't explain anything. We saw the mistake only when arriving to town. I called them: the appartment that we booked was "unavailable because of a damage caused by the previous guests". And we learnt about it at 19h, after our arrival, after making 1000km, that we can't stay in the place that we chosed, booked and paid like 3 weeks in advance! The host offered us another appartment that was cheaper and in worse condition and refused to refund for the price difference and the situation. He said that if we didn't like it, we could cancel the reservation and basically... go to hell. The new appartment had only 1 shower (for 9 people) and the heating didn't work the first night. We were very disappointed of the way how we were treated and that the host didn't care about any satisfaction for putting us into this situation. The Booking.com help service didn't help either: in the case of any problem, you won't see your money back, beware!
