  : The room wasn't very clean. Dust spots, very yellow pillows, dirty walls, and the door frame was broken and held by screws. The bed wasn't comfortable either

  : It was nicely located. Convenient for public transport.
  : It was an alternative to our original accommodation. We had difficulty in gaining access due to codes not being sent to us. it took us about 30 mins to make contact with someone as the Hotel wasnt staffed. Even though we we were well past the check in time. Two of our bedrooms had not been cleaned. They were however cleaned later. Also our original request was for 4 rooms. Two rooms with three beds one room with two beds and a single room. We actually got two rooms with two single beds two rooms with double beds and a single. As we were an all male party it was embarrassing that four of our party had to double up. So that really didnt please us
