  : Location was close to Universal, but not within a 10 minute walk. Would take 20-30 minutes to walk there. Staff was friendly enough. The self-checkout store was convenient.
  : Bathroom didn’t look clean- there was fresh gum on the wall, the shower looked dirty, and the toilet only worked half the time. The towel bowl started leaking twice. The sink was clogged. The AC unit wouldn’t stay at a comfortable temperature- it was either too cold or not cold enough. The pillows were all worn and flat. The room didn’t look like the room I “chose” online, and the 2nd floor was muggy and smelled weird near the elevator. The fitness room had no AC and none of the machines were plugged in. We didn’t even bother to look at the pool, which we initially had been looking forward to.

  : Good bathroom, great shower and friendly staff. Location was fantastic for Warner Bros and Universal. Useful fridge and microwave. Coffee/tea maker but no tea provided. Luckily I had my own teabags.
  : The hallways were dirty, the curtains in the bedroom were filthy and didn't cover all edges so let in light all night as the front of the hotel is lit up. We had a balcony door that we couldn't open. There was an adjoining room that meant we could hear everything in the room next door...we were kept awake until 3am by one group and then woken up by someone playing music and showering another day. The floor was dirty, the bed was OK. There was a lot of dust...one table in the hallway was thick with dust (someone had left finger marks in it). We didn't use the pool as another customer told us it was just a concrete room and very cold so we avoided facilities we would've liked to use during booking. We were given a price when we booked for parking and service fees but were charged more for both when we arrived. Overall, not great. Apparently the room was being renovated but that's no excuse for all the dirt.

  : Guy at front was on the phone talking to someone I had to wait but it wasn’t a customer on the phone clearly you can tell it was a personal call n then he was talking to a co worker there he messed up on price tried to charge me more but then corrected it but other than that it was okay
