  : A lovely quiet location with stunning views. It was easily accessible to the local amenities and there were plenty of walks for our dog. The cottage was very clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay.

  : What a lovely cosy cottage with everything you needed, in a good location with a fabulous pub near by, the Amberley inn.
  : Unfortunately the key safe number was incorrect but the next door neighbour Maggie was wonderful and helpful.

  : The house was lovely and comfortable and had a beautiful garden. The views from the garden were stunning.
  : The main problem was the shower, it had a fault which meant the water was cold, so it wasn't really possible to use the shower. I informed the owner, who has had it repaired.

  : Good views, cottage well equipped, quiet area, felt off the beaten track (ie. no main roads nearby), living room particularly comfortable and also had an excellent stock of local guide books, maps and so on for local sights and paths. Also very good gas central heating (was quite cold the week we were there!), controlled with a NEST device. There is a very small parking space adjacent to the building, which we just about managed to fit the car into but wouldn't take a full-size car at all easily! There is some street parking about 50 yards or so away, though.
  : Please be aware that the host takes a 500 pre-authorisation on the credit card before arrival. (which was then cancelled a day or so after departure). Wasn't aware of this when booking, (and may not have booked if had been). It did seem a little big but maybe they have had problems with damage in the past. Everything was clean, but the kitchen could probably do with a more thorough spruce up one day.

  : Location was great with amazing views. Great access for walks with the dog. Great communication from hosts before, during and after stay. Helpful guide to local attractions/restaurants provided.
  : I wouldn't call the garden secure - small/medium dogs could easily escape by the gate and also round the shed. We have a large dog and she would have been able to jump the walls (and also tried to!) so we couldn't use the outside space as we would have liked. There was also no grass area in the garden for dogs - only wild flower areas. The cleanliness of the kitchen could have been improved especially - cupboards, drawers, microwave, bread bin. Issue with woodlice in the living room needs resolving (they do have insect traps down but they don't seem to be working).
