  : The beds are great and the hotel rooms are very nice. The new management did their best.
  : First we had an appartment which was dissappointing. The management said that the pool was only free for hotel guests (We were surprised as we really went for the pool too) So we decided to upgrade to the hotel. Although Booking.com site said the upgrade would only cost €23 the management (Nadia) initially charged more than double. We complained in the booking chat but got no reply. Pool area is kept way too cold and the hottub is too cold as well. Sauna area was closed. Looks like they are trying to cut costs sacrificing guest benefits.Most staff do not speak English or GermanRooms were not cleaned once, so it is not an hotel but appartment? We don't know. Pots and pans were terrible we only had 1 pan. We asked for 1 frying pan 3 times and ended up again with the first pan that was not good for induction so we used our own gasstove in the room to fry our eggs..Dishwasher did not workMicrowave did not work.No kitchen cleaning set.No sink stopper.No furniture on the balcony.Was it a hotel or an appartment? We don't know. To us it looked neither.

  : First I don't understand why in the hotel there is no Air Conditioning considering that the temperature can reach more than 30 in summer time. This happen for the owner convenience and not the customers.We were without water almost all day because of breakdown and the staff was totally careless to inform us how to manage, I've been few times to inform them, but nothing changed.Otherwise they were very diligent to remind me at the check out to pay extra money for swimming pool. I had to fight with the Manager to claim a discount because of lack of water. I get the 20% on the accommodation only and the other customers who didn't complain payed the full amount, unacceptable.The dinner served by restaurant was bad.

  : - TOTAL NONSENCE - check in took 50 mins - due to late time for check in almost everybody in the hotel arrived at 4 pm and were waiting in the huge line 50 mins!!!!- in the whole hotel there were only 2 people speaking english (one receptionist and lady from welness)- documents about hotel and check in information only in polish with no possibility of translation into english (you are signing some of them with no knowledge what is there)- no room service - even when you ask for it - you need to leave the trash out of the room and exchange towels by yourself at the reception- there were totally same buffets every dinner and every breakfast - not even 1 small change- totally no fresh fruit in the breakfast buffet which is in hotel for children quite strange- closed children's indoor playground due to carpet change (it is a pity they planned it for the rainy days)- swimming pool and sauna are for extra payment 30zloty/person/hour for people from booking (via hotel's webpages it is included in price which is same as per booking)- webpages of hotel only in PL- 65 zloty/person/dinner buffet - quite expensive- damaged door for the bathroom - not possible to close it properly (not only in our room- as well 2 other friends had it)- unwillingness of the staff when asking for the room close to bar/restaurant due to baby wifi camera (in advance - twice via email)- in case of rain there is totally nothing for children around to do - nearest attractions are 1 hour away in Jeseník or Šumperk

  : The view was very good. The breakfast was tasty (though the coffee was not). It was nice to be able to park straight in front of the entrance.
  : First and foremost we have chosen to stay in that specific hotel because they have offered a locked storage for bicycles. However, once in the storage you see a large information that the hotel takes no responsibility over anything stored there and on top of that the door does not close automatically so it is rather prompt to someoneelse's forgetfulness - this isn't safe at all. Secondly, the elevator was broken, so one elevator for rather heavily occupied hotel - you wait for ages. Third thing was the comfort of the beds - as in many hotels a double bed is put together of two twin beds, however, unlike most - there is no top mattress cover to eliminate the gap nor there is anything to keep them for moving independently and away. Therefore you can't sleep on this arrangement as on a double bed - those are just two separate beds close together. Furthermore, it was very warm inside and there was no temperature control unit in the room (the one on the wall was not connected to anything - there was paper filling coming out of it) and you can't open the window for too long because the other rooms balcony is just a meter away and a smoking neighbour means your room stinks like old pub. Lastly you can tell the hotel has been finished in a rush and/or equipped on a budget - shower feels cheap, there are places in the bathroom you can tell they needed quick fixes already or yield for some. Oh, and the water pressure was laughable.
