  : Just the view and the lakes
  : The staff, the facilities, they are overrated, for example one needs to wait 30mins to get a coffee and some eggs while you are already having breakfast. The massage is overpriced and all the therapists does is apply oil and press a little here and there, definitely not worth it.

  : The location and the lake view. That was the only plus, but that could be found at many other hotels around Wolfgangsee, Mondsee, Attersee, etc.
  : The hosts can make a stay amazing, or they can make it a nightmare. At this hotel, the staff were rude and unwelcoming. From the minute I arrived, there was no smile, but frowning faces and yelling voices. That was just the beginning! Let's start with the parking. The parking was full. Instead of finding a parking space, the receptionist provided me with wrong parking suggestions that could have got me in accidents and fines. First, they suggested I park in front of the bikes. I did, but then I was asked to not park there immediately! Then they suggested to park on the 1 hour parking zone just outside the hotel, which could have got me a parking ticket. Finally, they suggested to park where other cars could be blocked. Random suggestions without any professionalism. At the restaurant, free tables were available. But they claimed that they were reserved ahead of my reservation, so they get the better tables with the better view, quite strange! I finished my dinner sitting on a steal table while no one showed up to the reserved tables, so they remained unused! I would add that the dinner wasn't delicious, just something to fill the stomach. Note that I had dinner at another hotel the next day in St. Wolfgang. Without a reservation, I got a table with an amazing view. Thanks to their welcoming staff, unlike the staff at Brandauers Villen that I had to deal with, unfortunately. The room was quite warm despite opening all the windows. I asked for a fan, and I got a noisy one that didn't work properly. I had a sleepless first night. There is no sound isolation. I could hear the room next to me whenever they talked, walked, watched tv, etc. All-in-all, a stay that I wish to forget about. It felt more like an airbnb rather than a hotel.
