Policies

WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for NOK 350 per person per stay when using an available cot.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please inform Valley View in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please note that final cleaning is not included. Guests can choose to clean the accommodations themselves or pay a final cleaning fee of NOK 1590.

If the guest chooses to do the final cleaning, a deposit is required. This will be refunded back after inspection if the unit will be in the same condition as upon arrival.

Bed linen is not included, guests can bring their own or rent on site for NOK 149 per person.

Sleeping without bed linen is not permitted, and will result in a NOK 1000 fine per person.

In the winter period, guests can also order a bag of wood for NOK 149 fee, which will be delivered to their door.
