  : Well appointed gym. Probably one of the best hotel gyms I’ve seen. The location. Ski lifts are right outside of the hotel.
  : Upon arrival at check in time (4pm) we were told our room wasn’t ready because it was still being cleaned. Then, the front desk said that they had no notes of us bringing our service dog. I spoke at length through booking.com messages about service dog rules. They even had advised me to change our previous non dog friendly room to a dog friendly room- the ridgeline 2 bedroom suite. Which I did! The short haired, older woman at the front desk said that I didn’t not communicate with anyone at the hotel as booking.com has nothing to do with them. This doesn’t make sense as I’ve used booking.com for decades. I have saved the conversation. She said we would have to wait longer to put us in a different ridgeline 2 bedroom suite. Later, she told my friend that when we arrived, she never said that the original room wasn’t ready. This all seems very fishy to me- as if they were covering up not being able to let us in our room at check in time. We finally got into our room at 7pm, where we found a big pile of dog poop steaming out on the balcony. Weren’t they “cleaning” the room for an additional 3 hours? When we were checking out, our bill was incorrect with strange charges such as “movies” when we didn’t even turn on the TV. The restaurants are subpar. Disappointing and totally unacceptable for the prices being charged.

  : I loved my room location, great spot. The food was excellent and service was good. Staff was friendly and professional.
  : I did not like that I shared a balcony. I had kids running outside my slider glass door.The slider glass door did not lock even after calling for maintenance the door lockedthat night the next day it would not work. I had the kids parents outside my sliding glass doorlooking in my room while i was walking in the room trying to get dressed. It was uncomfortable and surprising to see I had to shut the curtains not enjoying the view or daylight. At night the kids and parents were talking and laughing loud until 12 midnight. I had a hard time getting a good night sleep and was annoyed. Waking up my door would not lock and was not feeling safe.There should be a bar to lock the sliding glass door so I can sleep safe and not worry waking up tohaving a unsafe incidence. I watch the news and being safe with locking my doors is important and cautious.My patient went here and told me the story of the same story that she had encountered.That was the only problem that I disliked.

  : Resort was beautiful. Mountain, rooms, shops, restaurants, skiing, heated outdoor pool. Friendly staff
  : Fridge didn’t work, which is a first for me staying in a resort for this amount of money. It’s a waist of food and my growing boys are always hungry. We called to have it fixed, but it still didn’t work. I also was never offered slippers at the spa. When I asked for a pair, it was ones I could not get wet in the shower. The showers had a bunch of hair, shampoo on the floor and old razors in several of the shower stalls. Even after staff had walked through to what I assume is to “clean”. I get that both of things can occur, but at this price point I expect more.
