  : The room had all that you'd need for a short stay. The bed was really comfortable. Lovely breakfast on the morning I checked out - my compliments to the chef, Kim. A nice, quiet surrounding once the bar below had closed.
  : If you were staying for a few days, you would definitely need somewhere to hang your suits/dresses even if it was just a basic clothes rail.

  : Breakfast was very good. Eggs, bacon, and sausage were tasty. Location was good for looking around Chipping Campden.
  : Even though the website warned that it could be noisy because our room was close to the pub, we didnt expect it to be loud enough to hear the noise despite wearing earplugs. The partying was well past midnight. The linens on the bed were very scratchy and coarse. I ended up putting on leggings and a long sleeve top because my skin was sensitive to whatever they washed them in. Bathroom light above sink out. Shower floor very slippery and needs a mat.

  : The location was just what we wanted. The young lady who checked us in was lovely. The room was a little old fashioned and there were no coat hangers. Also, as it was above the bar a bit noisy. The lady serving breakfast was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was great.
  : We thought that 121 per night was expensive. However, Chipping Camden generally was expensive. As we were attending a wedding it was a necessary expense.

  : The breakfast could be personalised and there was real attention to food allergies / intolerances which was hugely appreciated! The room was comfy & well equipped.
  : I can imagine if you were in the rooms closer to the courtyard, they may have been a bit noisy on a Friday or Saturday night.

  : We can not say anything positive.
  : We booked a 3 normal singel beds room, as show on webside and we got 2 normal beds with an extra bed. Those beds were very uncomfortable. We could hear everything from upstairs all of the noise, steps, talking. Television didn't work, light bulb was out, had not hot water for shower, had not heating during the night. We left our food on the balcon which was belong to the room because there has not gotten fridge to the room. Next day morning the hotel's staff took our food before we checked out. When we mentioned it to the manager, he said it "our staff have done the right thing as you have left the left overs food outside". Also the continental breakfast are a few cereal, yoghurt, a toaster with Hovis bread and jam. We told our problem to the manager who offered for us half price refund, however when we checked out and left the place we had gotten only 30% back. The manager send me message "I strongly believe that 30% compensation is very fair." Well we travel a lot because it is a part of our job but we had never ever this kind of place to stay. Unfriendly, uncomfortable, cold, noise, unliable and even a manager doesn't keep his word. I would warning you book only if you want a terrible stay.

  : Breakfast is comprehensive and good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pub is a proper English pub without any pretentions which I loved. Locals were friendly and gave advice about where to eat in Campden.
  : As they mention in there advertising, this is a thriving local pub so you will hear noise until closing time but as long as you expect that, everything was great.
