  : Clean room, clean towels. And that's it...
  : There was no soap in the shower and a completely empty liquid soap bottle in the bathroom. Extremely tiny shower cabin. When you are in, it's very difficult to turn around or bend over. In the Single room, the bed head is located at the room entrance door. From early morning(6am) it was hard to sleep because your head was located too close to someone who is talking. Poor sound isolation. Bad pillows, very little amount of filler. It doesn't even feel like a pillow, more like a blanket. Awful breakfast. "Nothing to eat" - no warm\hot meals. Only boiled eggs with shells. A little bit of cheese, a little bit of ham and salami. Tea and coffee are only on demand. Some yogurts and cereals. That's it. At 9:30 almost every table was dirty and empty. So, hard to find a place to take "breakfast". According to my personal taste, I didn't like that old-fashioned style of furniture.

  : Very hard to reach due to roadworks on the street of the hotel as well as the surrounding area: a heads-up message would have been appropriate. We spend over an hour trying to find a route. The nearest city, Stolberg, is a ghost town after a major flood two years ago. As a result, everything worth visiting is 45-60 minutes drive away. Our room was very small and a bit dated. In fact, the entire hotel could use some freshing up. No airco in the room.
