  : Staff were lovely, especially those that checked us in and out. We were given a free late check out which was most appreciated. Bar area and room were modern and clean.
  : Felt price of breakfast was steep so we didn't bother. Leisure facilities were a bit dated as were some other areas of the building but it didn't affect our stay and would definitely return.

  : The staff were excellent, really helpful and friendly. Liam checked us in and offered to arrange taxis for us, Alex showed us the evening menu and checked with the chef that they could cater to my wife's dietary requirements so we knew we could eat at the hotel that evening. Our waitress Isindie was lovely and very helpful and James the bar manager gave my wife ice and iced water for her sore throat. The pool was nice and warm. The room was very clean and the beds were comfy. Location very convenient for M6 but with nice views of fields and trees. Breakfast was excellent with separate toaster for GF bread. A really good breakfast selection even including crumpets and pancakes, very nice. Free wifi.
  : A few things needing repair. Potholes in the drive don't look good. phone in the room didn't work. Some broken locks on lockers in pool changing room. Noticed that some of the paintwork needed re-painting but in fact painters were there starting work next morning.

  : Very close to m6. Swimming pool and leisure centre on site. Great breakfast
  : Most staff very friendly and helpful but service a bit slow at times. Received a parking ticket after our stay despite being told we only needed to check our car in on the first day

  : The customer service from the front desk was excellent. They made me feel so rich and so polite. The evening restaurant staff were all excellent. The customer service they give is outstanding. So attentive to my needs. On Saturday morning, my first day of breakfast the member of staff was so polite. The area around the hotel is really nice. The food is excellent. I have been to Italy many times and ate pizza,but the pizza I had with charged grilled vegetables was much better than Italy. The room is an excellent size. The view was private with bushes which I like.
  : On the second day of breakfast, the gentleman at the front desk did not make me feel comfortable at all. No smile and seemed he didn't like his job. I didn't like my dishes being cleared up as I was still eating. I felt rushed. The bath was clogged up as I took a shower, so I had to put lots of towels to stop getting the floor wet. I did speak to someone about that, so hopefully that would get sorted out. I wish they a fridge in the room to put cold drinks and food. Also the bathroom didn't have the ventilater working. The TV wasn't so great. But what made my stay so good was the staff. Not enough light in the room at all. The food is really expensive but nice. I suggest you save up. Or either get food from local shops.

  : Evening meal was not good chips were cold staff were not particularly attentive.Chips came out cold and salad was not good a lot worse experience than last time. Also tables were not cleaned so nowhere to sit

  : Room was a bit dirty behind curtains and sock (not ours) under bed (both days) - told reception on departure but little concern shown. Leisure facilities a bit worn and dated but still acceptable. Exterior not aesthetically pleasing.

  : Great location, dog friendly, comfortable rooms
  : Lots of other users use the car park that didn’t seem to be staying there. No fan in the bathroom and the drains were slow to clear in the bath and sink.
