  : The chef was off, there was no breakfast. Or evening meal.
  : The toilet let out an ear piercing scream every time it was flushed. This sound persisted for several minutes and was impossible to sleep through. The worst thing about it was that it would take even an incompetent plumber 10 minutes to fix! The lighting in the bathroom was very dim, and again, a simple change to LED lighting would have resolved the issue. Just general maintenance , really.

  : There's a shop straight over the road which has a pretty good selection. Train station's right next to it as well if you need. Found the pub downstairs quite quiet in the evenings. The pub staff were sound.
  : Bathroom privacy is a bit suspect with the clear shower doors opposite the window which doesn't have great covering. Easy to see out to the house opposite so they should be able to see in. Definitely keep the bottom half of the window closed if using the toilet or everyone passing by in the street can see you. The right sided button on the toilet sticks down sometimes which keeps the water flowing noisely. The floors in the room, bathroom, landing and stairs creak a lot, as do the beds. You have to be right up by the headboard to see the TV. It's one of those ones were the picture quality diminishes a lot if you're watching it from an angle. Careful when parking onsite due to the kirbs, slow down when you turn in.
