  : I arrived with my partner at 23.30 which I had written to the Hostel beforehand. when we arrived, a peculiar looking person opend the door and we saw that the reception was closed. a little confused i looked though my phone to try and find the telephone number and confirmation email. on the couch by the reception sat a man who visably had had a few too many drinks and started to talk to us in broken English. us trying to explain our situation he told us he was going to call the man from reception and that it would take only a few minutes. we felt weird but didnt think much at the time. the man kept on talking to us, telling about how he lives here and so on and so forth. a different man had come down and we assumed it was the man from reception. it was not. another drunk started talking to us and asking about our stay. at this point we were very uncomfortable and started looking for a different place. finally after about 10, 15 minutes the man from reception finally comes down and we start the check in process. he asks for our ID cards and copies them. i dont travel very often and dont know if this is normal but that was my last straw. at that point i looked at my parter and we both decided to go now and find a different place. any place but this. we took our copied ID's and found a different place for the night. for us, this was not acceptable.
