  : The hotel is in a quiet area, yet centrally located and close to the Stadion underground station. We opted to have breakfast and dinner in-house, which was a winning choice as both the service and the food were great, although a wider selection of cereals and cooked options would be much appreciated for breakfast. The rooms could do with a little TLC. The reception staff was always helpful when asked for assistance with figuring out how to reach specific destinations/tourist attractions/shops via public transports.
  : We paid for a superior room to ensure that we would get twin beds as this was one of two main requirements for us, the second being a more spacious room. We ended up in room 243 which is on the small side and had a double bed. I raised this issue with the reception staff but their various attempts to fix it without moving us to a different room were unsuccessful. This meant sleeping poorly for four nights out of the five we stayed in the hotel. Finding out the day before leaving that we were randomly assigned one of 7 rooms that did not meet the specified requirements was irritating. Having to keep asking for something that I had made very clear in my reservation and paid for on arrival was frustrating.
