  : Very poor experience. The only positive was the location. Our vacation started in this place that seemed wonderful, despite the very high cost. We believed it was worth the price since it was peak season. The disappointment was complete: the quality of everything in the apartment was terrible. From the mattress to the sheets and towels, everything was of very low quality. I began to feel back pain right after the first night. The air conditioning didn't respond to the controls. All in all, extremely unpleasant and the worst investment I could have made.

  : I called it the beach cabana, a spacious and clean apartment with easy access to the beach and a few local bars/restaurants. Beach is a short walk.And big thanks to the staff, helpful and friendly.

  : We liked the pool. You could stay there without having need to go to beach. But we managed to go to Spiaggia La Pelosa. It was of course full, but you can always go 5 meters off that "overhyped" beach, and have the same beach.
  : Rule about getting trash to dumpsters should have been noted in rules more clearly. Otherwise we collected trash, but didn't know, that all of the trash should be carried away to dumpster.

  : This is a really well presented village of apartments, very well taken care of and spotlessly clean, including the pool. This location is perfect for easily visiting La Pelosa beach which turned out to be the most beautiful beach I've come across (remember to book your ticket for beach access in the summer months!). You would struggle to find clearer waters than this, very special and great to see how well it is taken care of.
  : The area immediately surrounding the apartments is derelict. There are very few decent restaurants/bars in the area, you need to have a car and be prepared to travel if you want to visit more built up areas/restaurants/atmosphere. Staying here is only appropriate if your focus is on the beach, which was perfect for us. If you are deciding between here or Stintino town, stay here. Stintino is an authentic fishing village but from a tourism perspective, feels like a ghost town, you are no better off there in regards to facilities so you may as well have the beach on your doorstep! The only things missing from the apartments themselves were wine glasses!If a bar/restaurant was added to the facilities in the future, it would make this accommodation perfect for all.

  : Good location in Stintino, 100m from La Pelosa beach. Nice and clean apartment. Free parking available. Nice pool area.
  : Sound isolation in apartments is poor, especially in connecting rooms. No privacy on terraces on A-block apartments. Every evening at 21-23 VERY LOUD music show in near by hotel. No bar nor restaurant in the premises. Lots of families with small children.
