  : The room was very nice. However, each time we went to a restaurant in the hotel the service was a nonexistent, spoiled and otherwise perfect stay!
  : Restaurant staff well below par. Front desk, staff and housekeeping staff were excellent. However, it took five phone calls to get someone to answer a question about a charge on my credit card

  : Beautiful landscaping.
  : It has turned into a dog park inside and out. You can hear barking while in the spa or walking in the halls. While eating overlooking the beauty other guests are walking their dogs in the front area where dogs are going to the bathroom on the front lawn in front of the windows where other families allow their children to run and play. The dining and bar staff was hit and miss. Rooms were not as what we paid for. There was not enough sitting room area for all guests during cold weather but amplePlaces within the hotel to accommodate, just not made into large group areas. Example one main room similar to great wolf lodge had couches and seating for very few families. There were other areas in this lovely lodge which could be repurposed into fabulous areas with more fireplaces and couches. Our doors there was one fireplace on for seating only 10 guests. But other fireplaces not being used. The golf area rebranding to Back Yard is awesome too bag it wasnt open during the thanksgiving weekend to add more places to go.
