  : Great location, staff was friendly and ease of check-in/check-out.
  : They were not serving their breakfast, which was not stated in the booking, and the carpet was sticky and looked very dirty and had large stains in some spots.

  : That it was the cheapest hotel around where I needed to be.
  : That I had 2 credit cards on file and they charged me for 3 days on both cards and I have to wait till the employee that can refund my money back on my card. Also because they charged both of my cards I am completely broke and couldn't even eat yesterday because they charged my debut card for $88 and change and then again for $176 and change. That took all my money off my debit card except $54 which I used to pay my phone bill and still had to borrow $35 to even cover that. I'm waiting on the employee to refund me for the 3 days and I better get some free rooms or something because they took all my money and I haven't ate yet and owe my god mother $35 for my phone.i I should of had $176 plus $88 on my debit card so I want compensation for having to starve and still starving until she puts my money back on my debit card and for having to freak out and borrow money because I had to pay my phone bill and I did not have the funds on my debit card because you guys charged my Discover card for 3 days and my Visa card which is my debit card for 3 days. I'm still waiting on the employee or manager to come in to refund the three days they charged me and I'm getting very irritated because I am starving. Somebody better do some serious making up as soon as they get here.

  : Front desk staff was pleasant. Provided water bottles & granola bar ( due to Chinese virus, no coffee or waffles).
  : Beds never made. Used towels never replaced. Trash never emptied.We couldn’t believe it.

  : That you charged me for 3 nights on my discover card and then again for the same 3 nights on my visa debit card. Which when they took the three nights off my Visa debit card it took me down to 50 some dollars as my balance and my phone bill was due so I had to borrow $30 off my guard mother and I have been starving all day yesterday and still today waiting on the manager or the employee that can put the three nights they charged on my card back on my card. Because they charged my Discover card and gave me a receipt for it and then I look at my Visa debit card and they charged me for 3 nights on that also for the same free night I want compensated for having to starve all day yesterday and still starving now and having to borrow money to pay my phone bill this is ridiculous I had two credit cards on file but they charged both of them and I told them to not charge or do anything with my Visa debit card which they gave me a receipt for the Discover card but never said anything about charging my Visa debit card but they withdrew the money from my account because I have proof on my phone cuz it shows every withdrawal made and there's a withdrawal for $176 and some change and a withdrawal for $88 and some change and it was definitely taken out of my bank account so whenever this manager or employee gets here that can handle this I want my money back on my card now and I want some serious free rooms because this is absolutely ridiculous that I'm starving to death because they took all my money
