  : very nice interior with good cooking amenities . regular coffee pot with filters provided. without the shuttle its a 1/2 mile walk on icy road to thunderhead lift . excellent plowing daily
  : traveling with my wife and 70 year old mom on her first winter experience. every thing was turnkey till we arrived at the townhome. - 10 degrees , a few days before Xmas. the electric keypad wanot working and we could not get in . our airport driver drove us to the Sheraton to get out of cold . 4 different Vacasa reps on phone later , the last finally gave me the key box entry code . had to pay for ride back to condo and rest of trip was ok. I am very mechanical and the only way the deadbolt key would work was to jam it in and turn with all my might, not frozen just a broken lock. left multiple emails to Vacasa with no response. hopefully fixed before the next guest arrived. just a really lousy first impression. there is no local facility information book or contact person for problem solving at this facility. my neighbor next door let me use his .
