  : 2 bed appt in the basement, with kitchen and bathroom. host met me on arrival to give the key and show appt. clean appt and working kitchen. washing machine there but didnt use it as only 2 day short stay. close to bus route.
  : wasnt aware of extra 700 NOK for cleaning plus extra 100 NOK for sheets / towels, booking.com rate shows rate includes taxes and fees, but after looking it does state this lower down, just hadnt noticed, and wasnt good feeling being told on arrival. little noisy from upstairs appt, but not too late, so wasnt a big issue

  : The value for money and the location were good.
  : The apartment wasn't bad, just very basic. I blame the misleading advertising, showing pictures that were not from the same apartment. This is a basement apartment!!! The beds were really uncomfortable, and the window from one of the bedrooms is broken and couldn't open it. In the other bedroom the curtain from the window/door touch the bed so we couldn't close it properly.We had to ask for toilet paper, and the plates and glasses were not properly clean.Sheets and towels are not included!

  : everything was reasonably priced, and as we brought our own linen and towels it was very reasonable and it was all clean.
  : only note would be that the upstairs property is also rented and you can hear every movement- the people above us were playing loud music and singing until around 2am so I would just be wary if wanting to stay with younger children- but this isnt a problem with the property or owner itself, just something to be mindful of.

  : Price, location, amenities, fast internet. Modern "Meditarranean" style, lots of space. Good location 10min buss ride from city center, under 200Nok if you prefer a taxi. Close to Vaulen beach. Very quiet, no noise in the night. Nice host greeting us with the key, no problems what so ever.
  : Sheets had a stain, not dirt, just wear and tear from washing. Tiny bit too far to nearest shop (ca. 800m+), but you can take the bus there as well if you carry something heavy so not a big problem. Bedrooms a bit warm in the summer, make sure you turn down all possible thermostats and keep windows/window-doors open during the night. Basement apartment. Pay extra for sheets and washing of aparment (or do it yourself with no charge), reminds me of the way hostels are run. This is *much* better quality than a hostel. Bit odd but I guess not too uncommon.
