  : We liked that it was clean on the outside and around the building! Yes we definitely look at the outside! It speaks volumes about the inside!!!!! We loved the lobby! The lobby area was so pretty and clean!! The young lady (Black/African American/wearing glasses) was so sweet to us and she was working EXTREMELY HARD! She was one call away and she also handled an issue that I had with someone above (VERY NOISY)! We loved our beds in our room as well (so soft and comfy)! We liked the small (TV GUIDE) table in our room as well! We liked that the hotel was minutes away from stores and just a few minutes away from Splash In The Boro and the fireworks show at the park! We liked the fact that the ice machine worked very well and it was always CLEAN! We loved breakfast as well!!!! Omg! The (Black/African American housekeeper.....SHE WAS A SWEETHEART AS WELL! She reminded me of a grandmother I wished I had! She was always smiling and calling us baby girl and sweetie! Love her!
  : We definitely didn't like the fact that the EXIT/ENTRANCE door by our room wasn't locked at all times. It had a key pad for our keys to be used to get in but the door was open AT ALL TIMES!!!!!! We definitely added extra security in our room after seeing that! We didn't like that the pool wasn't open!!! Hopefully the next time we stay the renovations will be done! The chair that the TV GUIDE table was near was VERY DIRTY! We sprayed it down with Lysol and covered it with a sheet! After about 4 uses of of our microwave....it didn't work anymore

  : Location was great. Staff at desk was very friendly. Currently remodeling downstairs pool area.
  : Rooms need updating and TLC. A few questionable stains on ceilings, wall, carpet and bedding. Very dated and worn fixtures in bathroom.

  : The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location. The young lady who helped me with changing rooms was very apologetic and quickly changed our room.
  : Upon entering the hotel lobby, the front desk personnel was not very welcoming. The lobby had a very outdated feel to it as well as an old smell.. the check-in was quick, we were on our way to our room and noticed that the back entry door did not lock (not very safe considering anyone could come in at any moment). Upon walking to our first assigned room, the room had an old, moldy smell, did not smell fresh at all the room was very hot, tried to adjust the temperature, but that seemed to make it worse. There was trash on the floors but the worst part for me was the fact that the bathroom (shower and bathtub was full of MOLD. I am not one to complain and my family and I were extremely tired from our travel. The hotel pictures definitely were giving false advertisement. I guess you get what you pay for but even paying 180 dollars for 2 nights I expected the place to be somewhat comfortable and accommodating for me and my family for 2 days. I did speak with a different young lady the following morning and asked to be moved to a different room due to all the concerns I had from our first room. She apologized and without question gave us another room, it was a little better and the air-conditioning did work in that room, the bathroom was slightly better but not perfect. We never slept in our first room, only stayed in the hotel for 1 night and eat early the next money. This hotel definitely, without doubt or question need a deep, deep clean and remodeling. I would not recommend this hotel.
