  : 1. Queen size mattress on double bed box spring - no other place to sit - you would fall off edge of bed. 2. Beds were so high it required a stool and every time you turned over a gong sounded under the bed. 3. Most of the rooms were taken by the workmen on the motel remodel. Was initially told that they couldn’t accommodate us. Suddenly a “suite” became available - 2 rooms, only 1 TV worked, not clean. 4. Parking lot was in very bad shape and was shared with a Tavern.

  : Noisy, poor location, parking bad, room phone doesnt work, tv didnt work until man came and fixed it. Motel looks nothing like the outside picture, motel looks run down on the outside. I stayed only one night and will never stay here again !!!!!

  : I love how close they are to everything I like how the staff help us whenever we did have a problem.
  : My bed was very uncomfortable my back hurts so bad and my room wasn't clean good at all my daughter found someone earring and we had to go to the family dollar up the street just to get cleaning supplies so we can take a shower cause the tub wasn't clean and we didn't have any trash bags and the trash can was so nasty

  : Good location close to the Mississippi State University campus as well as Downtown Starkville and the Cotton District. Room availability with 2 beds on short notice. Quiet room with great air-conditioning. Some newly renovated outside areas with cool LED lighting at night.
  : $100 "non-smoking deposit" is excessive on a room that cost $89 for one night. (Be sure to bring extra cash so you do not have to wait 2-3 business days to get the deposit back on a card!) When we checked in though, the first thing we saw was a cigarette burn in one of the comforters and a stale nicotine smell in the room! (Pictures were shown to the front desk shortly after checking in.) The shower gel dispenser was completely empty and "clean" towels were stained (poop? blood?). I tried to call the front desk but the phone didn't work so I walked downstairs. The gentleman up front told me "I can't do anything about the soap tonight, but I can give you a clean towel." so I had to use the hand soap for my shower. Last but not least, the security chain/bolt on the door was non-existent although there is a sign on the door reminding you to use it!
