  : Location was convenient. Staff/ host was nice. Ac worked very well. Hot water was available.
  : The room we got was overtaken by cigarette smell. If I didn't drop the ball in booking late, I'd never had stayed there. Everything in sight was dirty; floors, walls, counters, furnishings, shower, sink. Lights above the sink didn't work either. The bed sheets were stained. The shower head was in, ill repair. Other patrons were super sketchy. Very nefarious looking characters. Literally everywhere you looked was dirty and broken is some way. I was shocked and appalled.

  : I liked the location and everything was near by
  : It seems like they rent out the rooms by the hour when your away because I didn’t leave my personal belongings, but when I returned the room was full of Mary Jane in the air. I had to change rooms. I was giving a room on the backside and it was worst. The shower didn’t work the beds were awful and the door handle was broken. So at this point I’m wondering why the deposit of 50 bucks if this was the circumstance. I didn’t have time to really bitch but I did a little. So I came back to settle this on my break and the owner or whoever she was resolved the issue and gave me what I should of gotten in the beginning a nice clean peaceful room with an amazing shower in which I was satisfied.

  : Once I reached the room. I noticed how dirty it was. Weed smells everywhere, and the window doesn't close. There's some blood on the sheets. I couldn't believe it. I went to the receptionist and informed her, and she said if you want to cancel, we will not refund the money to you. She didn't offer any help. And definitely I took my family to another clean hotel and didn't care about the refund. The funny part that I paid is the deposit and in order to get the deposit back I have to leave before 11:00 AM the next day while I didn't even stay in the hotel as explained. Even though I received a call the next day and the guy was yelling at me asking me to leave the room, or they gonna charge me the deposit. The guy doesn't speak English very well, I spent 15 minz trying to explain to him that I didn't even stay in the motel at all.Ruuuuuuun awaaaaaat
