  : There was no breakfast offered.
  : A lot! We were not given enough towels, said towels had hair on it and dirty. When I requested for another towel, I was told to wait for 30 minutes, this was Friday morning and I had to be at an event. I called customer service and I was asked if I took pictures of the towel with hair on it, theres nothing they could do about the lack of towel but wait the 30 minutes and oh by the way since this was a non refundable hotel, I was not refunded my money. I was forced to stay there :(

  : The desk staff both evening and morning were extremely nice and helpful!
  : TV did not work. No coffee machine in room. Elevators did not work. Meager pillows. Poor soap. No body wash. No full length mirror. No complimentary water. Had to sign a contract about no smoking in room!

  : Location was pretty good
  : We had to end up switching rooms because our original one had ants coming out of the vent and roaches. In the second room, we had to kill a roach and both the bathroom/front door was damaged . The carpet looked dingy and there were stains on/in the refrigerator. I washed my hands in the bathroom sink and the water turned brown.

  : Nothing really!
  : I didn't like that the place didn't have an ice machine at all. The staff wasn't there at the front desk at all with the blinds down so ya had to call every time you needed something. Which in fact took about 20 mins or more! Customer service was down the drain. One of the doors that let you directly get to the rooms from the lobby was broke so you didn't need a key card. So anyone could walk right in and nobody knows nothing that's going on!! Felt very unsafe. It would have been different if I had my registered handgun with me. So I was relying on the hotel to be secured. The elevators floors was dirty!! The hallways smelt funny. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here.

  : Housekeeper was rude at 8am banging on my door while I was sleeping asking if I was checking out. Rude.
