  : ability to access the beach, very convienient.
  : We were closer to the street, so it was very noisy, people loved to gun their cars and the firetrucks that went out in the middle of the night can get your heart racing. The lights from the gas station across the street were so bright that they kept us up.

  : The bed was the worst very firm and uncomfortable box springs squeak with every move. Floors were worse than dirty with dirt remaking on everything they touched. Luggage, your feet etc.

  : The vicinity to the beach was excellent. The unit is as close as you can get to the beach.
  : The unit is adjacent to a public beach access. My unit faced the public parking area. This parking area was loud and full of activity. Heavy police presence was noticed at times of darkness. I did not feel comfortable leaving anything of value on the beach unattended. I feel that this information should be shared with potential renters. The light switch and/or light in the master bathroom did not work. We were forced with using the heat lamp for lighting. This was not ideal for my girls to get ready to go out. In addition, the master glass slider to the balcony did not lock. The pull out sofa was awful. The thing was equivalent to sleeping on a box spring with only a sheet covering it.

  : I liked the fact you were assigned a parking spot.
  : It was not as clean as I would like. Beds were horribly uncomfortable and the pull out appeared to be broke. Not enough pillows. Constant traffic kept us awake as well as street noise. Not one good nights sleep. Could not see the ocean.

  : The location of the complex is well suited on the beach, close to many of our favorite places. Betty in the office was amazing and helpful, beach access, the pool and hot tub were all fabulous.
  : View from the Balcony, because we were on the second floor closer to the street, not a deal breaker though.
