  : Room is very small, rusted fridge, no cleaning service or extra towels unless you ask. No one on site, standing water in the tiny shower and mildew smelling shower curtain, uncomfortable bed

  : The day we got to Tampa we got an email saying our room wasn’t booked because of a billing issue. Which we had already fixed a month prior to getting there. On the last day we got another email saying we hadn’t paid yet? Not sure what company you’re using to book, but they aren’t doing a very good job. Place could be cleaner, we smelled sewage in our room from outside, the walkways were gross and we actually cleaned them ourselves. Location was A+ and with a little better property maintenance and a new booking company would go a long way.

  : We were in town to attend a wedding at Bilmar so the location was great. I personally appreciated the vintage appeal of both the building and the property. The large trees and dunes were awesome. The availability of beach chairs, towels and sand toys, if needed, was excellent. We had chairs and a picnic table outside our door which was great. The room suited our needs for our stay and had pretty much everything we needed as far as cookware, utensils, coffee maker, ironing board hairdryer etc.
  : We had room #6 which is located on the backside of the building and it could have used a good sweeping up and tidying of the available sand toys, extra chairs and leaves etc from the big beautiful trees. The front was swept and tidy..the back needs a little love:) although nothing that would prevent us from coming back and staying here again!
