Idyllic Pass-A-Grille Studio Walk to Beach!

  : The location is great. Loved being able to walk to the beach. Lots of great restaurants near by. Bob the host was easy to reach and responsiv
  : The furniture was not that comfortable, The futon was hard to sit on. Couldn't find a dust pan. There were some really tiny ants on the counter tops so we kept the food in the fridge.

  : It was very quiet so it was nice to be able to sleep without outside noises and it was just a walk across the street to the ocean and theres a great balcony to watch the sunset over the ocean! Wonderful!
  : There are some people who live in this building and dont care for renters so they are very rude! Not all of them though. I didnt like that we werent allowed to smoke at the table outside our door. The shower was very small! Not enough linens/towels.

  : Location its the best, walking distance to the beach and the restaurants, facilities, it's a cozy and comfortable studio, nice decoration, very clean! I can repeat the same place next time!!!

  : The location was good.
  : Upon opening the front door we were met with a funky odor. The floors were dirty and the air conditioner was disgusting! On day 2 my husband bought cleaning supplies to clean the floors, bathroom and the air conditioner. The air conditioner constantly dripped into a pan placed underneath it which had to be emptied daily. The bathroom had peeling paint and light bulbs in the main area were missing. Also when I inquired if we could get clean towels halfway through our stay, I was told that there was a washer and dryer on the second floor where we could wash them. Note: we were given 2 towels, 2 washcloths and 2 hand towels for a weeks stay.We will never stay at this location again! And we will never recommend this rental!

  : The paint in bathroom shower peeled off as I showered and paint chips stuck to my skin. Toilet needed jiggling of handle. Hit my head on chandelier as I passed by several times.

  : The cleaning fee was absolute ridiculous. It is too bad that the owners probably dont even know the condition of their property. Furniture was in poor condition. (couch pealing) 1/3 of the light bulbs were burned out. A little TLC and a good scrub and this place is worth every penny. Rug had cigarette ashes all over it. Throw pillows were dirty. Shower had globs of hair in the drain. Two garbage bags for the week. Drawers were dirty and unkempt. Four very thin bath towels for the stay. I think it would not have been too much to ask for anyone to actually care about this great location of an apartment/condo. Rust in the shower. If anyone is even 5 pounds overweight or a larger build the bathroom may be impossible for them to use.

  : the location was ideal for us. just a short walk to the beach and several restaurants. Also liked the upstairs deck that overlooked the beach.
  : the light in the living room area was too low and my husband kept hitting his head. There was no soap for the bathroom or the kitchen. Also there was no ice cube trays in the freezer. We did ask for dish soap & extra toilet paper and received it within a short time. The shower was very small and the water was too hot. Couldn't adjust it to cooler temp.
