  : Staff was really friendly and open. My room was clean and was more than suffcient in terms of the basic needs. The time of the breakfest was flexible, which was very handy. As you are not stuck with with a to late or to early breakfest.
  : The breakfest could have been better with warm bread instead of cold, but was overall good.

  : The owner was very pleasant and helpful. My room (on the second floor) was clean, tidy. The windows faced the courtyard, so the room was also quiet, which I appreciated. It is in the walking distance from the train station (<20 min) and really close to UJEP campus (<10 min) Indeed, the stay must be paid in cash, which the owner announces in advance in the payment details section.
  : The toilet in the bathroom leaked occasionally. This is not something I didn't like, but I would appreciate this information sooner: The guesthouse offers other rooms (not comfort type) on its home page. If you are looking for a single room, for example, I recommend contacting the guesthouse and speaking directly with them to see if a more suitable room (typically smaller and cheaper) is available for you.
