: Beautiful property. If you are looking for security its like Fort Knox. Nice location.
: No staff that tends to guests, you're on your own. No one comes to restock or bring fresh linens. 2 rolls of cheap toilet paper for a 8 day stay. Nothing but a thin locked door between this and the next room. Shower head was broken had to wait over 24 hours to get it fixed. The person's phone number posted in the room who you're supposed to call with any issues never returned my call, wasted a whole day waiting for him to call back, I had to call the Vasca 800 number. Had to talk to a guard to enter every time then drive a mile to the building. If you want visitors you have to tell the guard who is coming and when (at the guard house that's a mile away). Lock boxes with keys are clustered tightly together and in no particular order. Cheap linens. The bed is uncomfortable. No patio access - that's a window not a door. The freezer in the mini fridge was so coated with ice you can't squeeze anything into it. No cell phone signal in room, had to go outside to make calls. No clock, no landline telephone in room.

: The bed was fairly comfortable. Security to get into the area was good. Nice looking place.
: Immediately, we had a problem with the shower and tub faucet. We called for repair and were told we should have some call us within an hour. After at least a dozen more calls to them over the next 22 hours, we finally got a repair person. We were unable to bathe until nearly 24 hours after arrival. The repair person made a temporary fix and said he would return in an hour with parts to do a permanent fix. 2 1/2 hours later we still had not seen or heard back from him so we placed another call and were told he should be there shortly. We never saw him or heard back from Vacasa on the matter again. They did give a partial credit, but our vacation was ruined due to all of the downtime, waiting for repair and lack of communication about when the repair would actually take place. Extremely disappointing overall.
