  : extremely dirty. Stains on the bed and sofa. Hair and skin in the bedding and on the sofa. both the bed and the sofa had more questionable stains than I dared count.

  : it was a good location with great parking. had it not been so filthy it was a nice flat.
  : The property was very dirty. On the bed and sofa there was dead skin and human bodily fluids. There was fungus in some places. It was extremely bad in terms of hygiene. they don’t tell you about the £500 deposit they take after the booking. They left it until three weeks later on the day of checking in to ask for identification which they should have done before.

  : The location and facilities are excellent.
  : I would have rated the apartment excellent but for the following:1. I struggled to have access to the apartment on the first day. The instructions about how to enter the apartment were sent about fifteen minutes to check-in time when I was already in transit and had no access to the internet. It would have been better if that was done well ahead of time (possibly immediately after the booking was confirmed). As a result of this, my family and I (including a child of about 2 years old) were outside in the cold for about one hour. It was not a pleasant experience and this needs to be improved upon.2. The address of the location provided at the point of booking was not detailed enough (Although a detailed address was provided in the check-in instruction, it was late as I already used the initial address to receive mails). As a result, I could receive my mails and had to incur additional costs (by way of going to the delivery depot to receive my parcel).However the facilities at the apartment are excellent and my family had a nice stay.
