  : Absolutely nothing about this property
  : Check in was fast an easy. However when we got to our room. A few hours in I came to the realization that there was a rat in our room. Unfortunately I could not contact the office right away because my kids were asleep. So the next morning I demanded to talk to a manager. There were dropping all over the room and on the bed. And every single employee kept giving me different answers as to when a manager would be available so I ended up not being able to speak to one. They did switch my room but it was almost 6 pm and the lobby wouldnt hold my bags. So I had to keep them In my car the whole time. At the time of check out I requested to talk to a manager and to my surprise the manager was unavailable. I want my money back. This stay had to be the absolute worst stay of my life.
