  : The rooms are huge. Location cannot be beat for access to the park. If going outside Springdale one has to drive through the whole town. There is a shuttle available. Most of my trips were up to Gooseberry Mesa so a shuttle would not have helped. I had a mountain bike and the maintenance staff brought me a hose to hook up outside to wash it which was really nice! Maybe the property could set up an actual bike wash station!
  : The rooms themselves could really use some updating for the price, most notably the cabinetry and the carpet. Some of the drawers were hard to open/close in the kitchen and the bedroom dresser. Not the best quality. Did not like the 1/2" blinds inside the door in living area. They cannot be raised and are very busy to look through. Had to open the door to really have a view. Better quality coffee maker, more dishes, cutlery. More storage in the bathrooms. Maybe some baskets under the counter area. A blender. The full size refrigerator was one of the main reasons I booked here and that was great! Also being open to the parking lot was noisy at times, headlights at night, etc.

  : The property is walking distance to Zion National Park. Our room had a view of the mountains over the river. We enjoyed our stay. The pool, parking and laundry were also good. Despite the high price, due to the holiday weekend, we would be happy to stay here again.
