  : I was told in an email that there was no breakfast because of Covid precautions. I like the location, but I wont be revisiting because the customer service was awful.
  : On the 1st evening of my stay, the room door malfunctioned and locked us inside. It was a safety hazard. I told management; he didnt believe me. He actually came to our room and locked himself inside. He had to call his wife to come let him out. I requested another room; he said he was fully booked and for me to call the office 24/7 when I wanted to leave and he would come open the door from the outside so we could exit. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. On the 3rd day, I had a scheduled appointment. I called the office to be let out of the hotel room I was locked in; no answer for several calls. Then the wife finally answers and said shed be there when she could. I told her to hurry, I have an appointment. Needless to say, I was LATE to my appointment. 4th day, maintenance came and loudly worked (drill & hammer) on the hotel door for over an houras I laid in my bed trying to relax. I was on vacation. Then a couple hours later maintenance returned with the manager with his machine in hand to program the new door lock and 2 card keys for usSO DISRUPTIVE & RUDE. Im still laying in my bed trying to rest. The next day we go out, come back and the new card keys the manager gave us less than 24 hours ago didnt work. We were now LOCKED OUT of the room I already paid for. I had to call the office AGAINthis time to be let into my room. I had to wait for the manager to come let us inI was rushing because I had to use the facilities to no avail; it was about 100 degrees outside and our arms were full of heavy things. THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL STAY IVEEVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. I deserve a full refund.

  : Convenient location, comfortable beds, friendly staff.
  : The floor in the room was dirty. I spilled some water on the floor and wiped it up with a towel. The towel came back black.

  : Smell in hallway was bad, linens on bed were very thin and worn, sofa was dirty, no kleenex in room, lobby area needed help as there were boxes and wet towels around floor and plants in 60 gallon plastic trash cans, also many handwritten signage on the glass windows, just made it look unkempt. Pool closed toiletries were very low grade, but I always bring my own anyways

  : The cleaning person never changed the sheets just redo the bed with the same sheet. They never replaced the dirty towels just hung it back up on the rack
