  : I had a decent night of rest, but unfortunately my sons in another room did not, they kept messaging me withtheir displeasure. My room had a decent location and the door sealed well.
  : The room was not as clean as it should be, I had to wipe the sink area down (it obviously had been missed) And my room was the good one of the 2, the boys' room was in a hole, the door had light shining around it, so hot air, bugs and dirt could enter easily. And that was the upside to the room, The one bed had clean sheets, the other had hair, sand and gravel on the sheets. Then let us talk about the office, we got there about 430 pm and the office was locked, I had to call the manager/owner to get her to come down to even get us checked in. The next morning when I tried to let her know the problems we encountered the office was still locked and she would not answer the phone.

  : It had an available room. Close to church we planned to attend. The management called us to explain how to access our key when we arrived after hours and were able to help us when we couldn't open our door!
  : We didn't get the ground floor room we requested and the stairs with rough hand "rail" weren't easy to negotiate. There were no glasses or handsoap provided and no grab bar for tub, which was dangerously slick because it didn't have a non-slip surface or safety mat provided. We missed having a single serve coffee brewer in our room, which most properties provide, and we needed a small sign explaining that the air conditioner could be adjusted with the small remote that we didn't notice when we entered the room.
