  : Nothing! I left and went to another hotel. I never stayed at the Sleep Inn.
  : This place was disgusting and I didn't feel safe AT ALL! I went to the front desk and handed my keys back to them and went to another hotel. I tried to explain to them my issues of marijuana smoke smell, a sock covering the smoke detector (which is a liability & hazard), a substance that resembled peanut butter was wiped all over the microwave and other areas of the room; when they tried to give me a new room, there were nasty BOOGERS all over the headboard!!!!!! I seriously cant make this up! The next day, they charged my credit card $30 for missing towels that the maid used and took after trying to clean the boogers off the headboard. The floors were sticky and there was a smooshed roach I had to walk over to get to my room. To top it all off, I NEVER got an apology. This property should be inspected. Waiting for my refund. I NEVER STAYED THERE.

  : I arrived after my checkin time. I was moved twice because one room was dusty and had used wash cloths they were hanging from a previous guest. The 2nd room was also not ready as all 6 pillow cases were missing and a dried soap bar was lodged to the floor

  : Location good. Breakfast ok
  : The tv wouldnt come on. There was only one staff person working and he was busy at the front desk. Finally he came up and got it on. The remote was taped with scotch tape. There were hardly any channels available to watch. I didnt like the surprise $200.00 incidentals fee that I had to pay. That was not mentioned when I booked the room. I had to use my debt card so I wont get it back for 7 days.

  : The bathroom in the hallway was out of order. So if someone was using the room bath, there was no where else to go. Both ice machines were broken so no ice to be had

  : The clerk was friendly; however, after checking in (less than 5 minutes later) we returned to the clerk to describe the filthiness in the room and ask for a refund he referred us to the manager (Vanessa) who accepted our call but informed us that she had to discuss it with the owner and have them call us. Its been nearly a week and no refund and no call.
  : I understand that things happen and it is difficult for upper management to micromanage the cleanliness of its facilities without going behind them in every way so there has to be a certain level of accountability and trust between the housekeepers and the managers; however, when an employee does not do their job and leaves a room in a disgustingly unclean state the management should reconcile with their customers and make it right. These managers and owners did not. Shame. The franchise should investigate before they have their name drug through the mud.
