  : To say we paid the same price to stay here as a shared hostel room in the middle of Liverpool it was definitely worth every penny - it was better than I expected. Friendly staff and rooms were clean enough, very comfy beds, ability to control radiators and open windows, also no noise from other rooms at any point. Reception area and smoking area are very smart. Exactly what we wanted. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Naturally being in an 24hr operation industrial estate means that there are large lorries going past and machinery wirring but it didnt affect our sleep (we had window open too) and Id take that over revellers any day!Being so close to the estuary creates a lot of wind and dust, it would be impossible for the hotel to maintain window cleaning to the standards some may be used to, its a constant battle and I think theyve done a good job - just wanted to point that out having lived nearby in the past.I thought £3.45 for parking was very reasonable considering its proximity to Liverpool (10 min taxi to north docks). Youd be paying £20 for an over night stay in a Q park in town!
  : I’d have liked the car park to be abit more secure but slept easy since I have a steering wheel lock. Would have been abit nervous otherwise.

  : Everything The location was sooo bad, felt extremely unsafe as the hotel is in the middle of a derelict industrial estate.No staff at reception bar and kitchen.Furniture being moved around at 3am and people constantly walking up and down the stairs and corridor.Sticky floors, dirty sheets. Bathroom smelt of mold. I wouldn't have used the towels to dry my dog let alone myself.We got locked out at 12pm as the code that we were given didn't work. The door looked like it had been broken into multiple times, no1 at reception.No safe guarding with the windows.No hangers in the wardrobe.Wallpaper Pilling off the walls.Unstable bed.Photos used are extremely misleading!! Please look on Google maps on street view to see exactly where the location is.

  : Pleasant staff, and on what was a busy weekend (bank holiday) the accommodation was affordable and available just outside town centre (short bus/taxi ride)
  : This is very much accomodations for mid to long term contract workers on the docks, so very basic and quite antiquated, Shared bathroom beyound the sink in the room, insulation/heating and bedding not of the best quality; but as stated, for the price and proximity it was more then bearable. I did not get a chance to use the lobby so can't speak of any food or bar service.
