: The staff were all friendly and it was an an excellent location.
: The housekeeping could be better the in house amenities ran out and when asked for replacement they took the empty body wash but didn’t bring any back and blamed on that didn’t speak English. One day the housekeeping didn’t clean the room or bring towels and had to ask for towels to be brought to room. There were sticky spots on carpet and shoes stick to the carpet in that area.

: The property was very quiet. I slept well. The mattresses felt so comfortable.
: No microwaves in the rooms. I had to go to lobby to use the one that was in the very small convenience store. I asked someone at the front desk if I could request one in the room, she stated that they stopped letting customers request them after covid. It was VERY inconvenient have to do that every time I wanted to reheat a meal. And not being able to do it in the comfort of my room. Or at least have one near the ice maker on the same floor.

: The location was fine. The pillows were comfortable. The shower was nice.
: There was a screaming baby next to me the first night, and then after being woken up at 4:45 am to the screaming, which lasted for about two hours, the maintenance staff started working on the ice machine first thing in the morning. My room, 421, was right across from the ice machine, so there was no possibility of me actually resting. The elevators also stunk of marijuana smoke. The parking directions were confusing. The wifi did not work, even once, and when every other person checked in, they received a $10 voucher to the restaurant. I did not. Why?
