  : Location is really close to town centre, the apartment is in a quiet block of flats we didn't hear any noise from other guest's. The host was very friendly and helpful we really enjoyed the stay
  : Only thing I found the mattress very uncomfortable it's was really soft and didn't offer much support.

  : Beds were very uncomfortable. Apartment generally very tired, lack of matching crockery, only 1 wine glass!

  : One of our sons brushed past a long mirror that was on the wall and it fell off on top of him. It fell on his foot quite badly and he was obviously in a lot of pain. My partner looked at the mirror to find that it had not been fixed to the wall. It was balanced on the skirting board and had one screw in the wall which the top of the mirror frame was balanced on. None of the 4 metal brackets on the mirror had been used, the one screw that the mirror balanced on didnt even have a raw plug and simply fell out of the wall when the mirror fell off. I got no response from the manager so called the owner. He said he would come back to me, but I never heard from him again. The manager did call me back and arranged to come round the next morning. She listened to what had happened. She said that it was because the builders were rushing to get the flat ready for us. However, I knew that was not the case as the mirror in one of the other my family were in was exactly the same. The overall quality of the flats is low, there is a lot of maintenance needed. The lack of response to me also shows that the manager/owner does not care either which is even more disappointing. I would not stay at these apartments again and suggest no one else does either.

  : The worn out sofa was very very uncomfortable. Cutlery inadequate, no coasters, not enough pots and pans. The entrance door was not closing properly. We were charged 10 for the car park. Overall not happy.

  : Clean, everything we needed was provided, location great
  : We had a bit of a hot water problem, manger and electrocution (I believe) did come out to look, but ended up having to press button for hot water every time we wanted to use it, we ended up running out of hot water while one of us was showering and ended up having a cold shower witch wasnt great, but was okay
