  : The property was clean. The staff was very nice and flexible.
  : The services promised were not the same as the ones provided. We booked this place because it was written that there was a communal kitchen but we learned as we arrived that it was closed for renovation work. We were very disappointed and even if the staff gave us solutions they werent as good as a kitchen. The price was high considering the services missing, and no discount was proposed.

  : Arrived at where we thought we were staying but got sent elsewhere. And the place was lovely. New, comfy beds, clean adequate facilities. And amazing value for money. Not too far from the centre. Blue Keys Hotel. Northland's Street. Would definitely recommend
  : Only gripes would be could do with keycards. One set of keys is not enough for three people and a little fridge might be nice

  : despite being extremely run down the bed was surprisingly comfortable, and the room was clean when I checked in - but was never serviced (despite the name) in the three nights I was there. it was an inexpensive stay, and it showed.
  : sadly a lot. run down, desperately in need of repairs - and paint. there were three holes in my bedroom wall (not through to the adjoining rooms thankfully!) that would have taken 30 seconds to patch. walls are thin which means you hear everything in the next room - use your imagination there, or dont. carpets in the main areas were stained, and I dont think the heat went on once, despite getting chilly at night. all that said, the place wasnt dirty or a dump - it just needs some TLC to make it better. there are a ton of small hotels and B&Bs in the area that I suspect offer a better quality stay. while a 10 minute walk from the train station (uphill), its in the direction away from the historic parts of Southampton so you are about a half hour walk to get there - though it did appear busses ran fairly frequently during the day.

  : The rooms we occupied were clean and comfortable However you do have to climb 3 levels to reach which leave a little to be desired
  : So as Serviced Apartments we were not aware that lower rooms are rented for the homeless males with mental health problems. If you are a female alone I would recommend you do not stay here. I believe this should be disclosed before booking this type of accommodation and should not be listed as Serviced Apartments. Also if you do not have phone or internet access you cannot get into the building as you need a code to access the property. So if coming from overseas definitely an issue. We waited over 2 hours and would have been l longer if one of the residents had not allowed us the use of his phone. Also fire safety I would say a big issue.

  : It was convenient for the town centre, train station and port.
  : It was a twin room and one of the beds was only suitable for a child and it was uncomfortable. Luckily we were only staying for one night.Some of the sockets didnt work.
