  : The location and view were excellent for our needs
  : There was a smell in the ensuite shower room but once the shower was used it went away. Maybe before anyone checks in the owner can run the water. Also one of the settees was very hard and uncomfortable.

  : apartment was a bit run down. en-suite bathroom could be doing with upgrade and there was a smell in bathroom

  : The views from the apartment were lovely overlooking the park and out to see. Location is spot on and great for us as a family. The apartment was clean and had good facilities in the kitchen. TV facilities were good with Netflix and some games to play on the shelf.
  : The sofa bed/sofa were uncomfortable to sit on. We can't comment on what they were like to sleep on, hopefully more comfortable than sitting on. The ensuite bathroom had a horrible smell and assumed it must be the drains as this was there on arrival and when we left on day 3.

  : View was good. Apartment was spacious.
  : Lock box for keys was very low down. I arrived at 7pm and had to sit on the ground in the dark, with phone acting as flashlight to see the code. Then had issues opening front door until the downstairs tenant helped. Other reviewers have complained about obnoxious smell in ensuite. It was still there, making that bedroom almost unusable. A smoke detectors battery alarm right outside the apartment door kept going off intermittently. If the elderly downstairs tenant heard it they came up to shut it off with a special key. Otherwise it was very annoying as the only room where the noise was bearable was the one with the smelly ensuite. I informed the property manager who said they would get someone out to fix it. It was so annoying, I left a day early, asking for a refund on that last day. No response.
