  : W209 is comfortable with incredible access to the beach on the gulf side of SPI.There is a shower conveniently located to wash off sand upon return from the beach. We really did prefer this two-story condo complex to the 10+ story condos along the coast. The kitchen was well stocked with food preparation necessities like pots, pans, mixing bowls, utensils, coffee maker, Crock-Pot and even a deep fryer.Bonus: we never saw any bugs in the unit.
  : There was zero communication from the property management company. I tried three times to communicate over the booking.com platform with no response. I also tried emailing the AOL email account listed on my confirmation with no response. I even had to call the emergency phone number several times before someone would pick up so that I could even pick up my keys and check in. Upon checkout, I mentioned the communication issue with the property management company and they did not seem especially concerned about it. The condo could have been cleaner. It looked as though the blankets and comforters are not washed regularly. We had to track down a housekeeper at the complex to get a broom and dustpan delivered so that we could at least clean the floors.Unfortunately, only the bottom floor condos have grills. The second story condos are supposed to share a grill with the downstairs units. You can imagine how impossible that is.Lastly, more essentials could have been provided. For example, there were no trash bags and only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom.

  : The property was great, I would go again, I would’ve liked to have seen a cleaner room, the sheets were dirty beds were unmade the bathrooms were dirty trash was in the roomI entered into an unclean room and in the middle of covid 19 it made me uneasy, I had to call island services to actually get a clean room, cleaning staff was kind however same comforter to the beds were put back on he bed, they only changed the sheets. I had to call island services for the second time to tell them I wanted them washed if we planned on staying there 3.days They finally got washed but I had to help the staff clean the room because my family was there waiting to unpack and change clothes so at this point I didn’t care I just wanted privacy so I started cleaning.Other than that we had a good time.It was beautiful.
