  : The condo was nice and had everything that we needed within normal. Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and the hallway toilet did not flush properly. Everytime we needed to go to the restroom we had to wait about 45 minutes to be able to flush the toilet again after someone used it. Also we texted the host in regard to this issue and never received a response.

  : I liked that the room was conveniently close to the beach and the Waterpark.
  : I was pretty disappointed with the communication from the owner of the property. My family and I arrived at our location promptly at 4pm (check in time) and was unable to get into our room until two hours later (6:15) when the owner finally decided to get to the phone and assist with unlocking the door. We were left STRANDED during that time with no communication from the owners. After that, we kept getting locked out every time we left outside of the room. I've had to contact the owner on numerous occasions for this. At one point during our stay, we had no choice but to leave our room unlocked so that we could get back in later. I've asked for some sort of reimbursement for those hours of being stranded, and the wife offered me late check out, but when it was time to check out, i received a notice stating that my family and i had to leave at 10am. So I was not accommodated for the inconvenience. Instead of going back and forth, i just decided to leave because this whole situation was headache enough. Furthermore, some of the appliances and light fixtures were broken. The springs on the right side of the king-sized bed were also broken, which left for a very uncomfortable sleeping experience. If the owner could fix the bed, communicate better, and fix the locking and unlocking situation, then I think this would have been a little bit better of an experience.

  : The room was dirty. I contacted the owner, and he knew that the room was dirty. He said is going to send someone to clean and never did. When arriving the room, the owner called me in face time saying is going to show me the room. I think that's a violation of my privacy.
