  : This is a nice and cozy condo, have a homie feeling plus it has a gorgeous view of the ocean. It was spacious. We were able to enjoy the pool which was nice and warm.
  : Nothing much to complain about.

  : The bed was terrible. The kitchen was not very well furnished and every eye on the stove was uneven. It stated it slept 6 but only 4 towels were provided.We gad to call maintenance about clogged sink and hot water issues.

  : We loved the location and that the beach was right there in our backyard. The view is amazing. It was very quiet which was a good thing for us. Even though there’s a bar next to us we couldn’t hear a thing once we closed the sliding door. The service was amazing and very prompt. We had a problem with the bathroom shower door and they came to fix it right away.
  : The apartment is very small, I can’t see 6 people staying here. The couches were pretty outdated and needs to be replaced. The air filters were extremely dirty, we always check because we are extremely allergic to dust and it was waaay past due it’s changing time.

  : The location was good
  : noise in the lobby was terrible. Pool so small only one family dominated the use and patio area was too small. There were maintenance problems with toilet running. The maintenance person was great to fix the problem efficiently. Then the microwave blew the fuse for the entire wall of kitchen circuits. I did not know about the problem until all the food in the refrigerator spoiled .

  : The view was amazing, as was the access to the beach. Tenants were very friendly.
  : The instructions were confusing, no gate code to get onto the property but one was listed in the instructions. Apartment was dated and in need of renovation, but fresh paint. One electrical receptacle was missing a cover plate (dining area). Beds were comfortable but linens were old. Ceiling fans were noisy, couldn't use the them while sleeping. Bathroom exhaust fan was extremely loud.
